- The refund policy hereunder applies only in case, the customer purchases the extension through the website pressference.com.
- Within the refund policy, the customer is entitled to require refund paid for the software(product) only. Customer is not entitled to refund of any service(installation, troubleshooting or configuration) and benefit of the purchase product(customer’s credits or reward points form).
Pressference reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:
- When customer demands a refund without a reason immediately after buying the software.
- When customer informs us about changing their decision to buy the software.
- When reasons which prevent a customer from using our software and are stated clearly.
- When significant support resources have been spent without resolution.
- The customer is not entitled to refund of the price of the software in case the customer violates these terms and conditions, license agreement concluded with Pressference or any other rules which regulate the relationship between Pressference and the customer.
Pressference does not guarantee bug free functioning of the software and/or support inquiry investigation in case:
- the customer does not use the latest version of Pressference’s extension
- the customer does not use the latest version of WordPress and/or PHP
- the customer uses customized WordPress
- the customer has modified/customized Pressference’s extension
- Pressference does not guarantee bug free functioning of its software in combination with third-party products.
